We ship with UPS Ground.  

Standard Delivery Dates are listed on their websites based on your Zone coming from 97030 (Oregon)  

All Items are with UPS Ground or USPS  Shipping.  Unless you specify some other shipping method.  


We accept, VISA, Mastercard, Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Paypal, Discover, American Express, Wire Transfer.  

Please let us know your preferred payment method so we can accommodate you.


If item is unopened, we can do a refund minus the cost of shipping.  If it is an expensive item we must charge the credit card fee (usually 3%) if it is a return without ordering anything else.  Up to 30 days.  

If Item was installed we may take as much as a 25% restocking fee due to the fact it is technically used.

Before returning an item, contact us.   If it is our error, we will send a shipping label.  If it is not our error, you will pay for return shipping.

You will be mailed a Check for all refunds as soon as possible after the item is received.  Or a return to your card will occur. 

Item must be returned in a “sellable” condition, or we will take a % off for a restocking fee to sell the item as a “like new” item.
