CERTI-CRIMP hand crimp tools are set to a specific handle force for crimping a variety of wire terminals and splices to precise crimping specifications. To aid technicians to the correct crimp tool, the handles are color coded to match the color-coding of the terminal or splice that is to be crimped. This T-Head crimp tool crimp terminal and splices to 22 – 14 AWG wire and has yellow and white handles.

The DBS-1100 is a Two-Step Banding Tool designated for M85049/128- 1, M85049/128-2, M85049/128-5 and M85049/128-6 “welded buckle” bands. This tool tensions and cuts the band and leaves an extended cut off tab. The cut-off tab can then be rolled over a full 180 degrees.

The EG2 engraver consists of a precision spindle assembly with a replaceable nose that can be adjusted in 0.001 increments. This degree of precision allows the EG2 to engrave through a top layer of paint to reveal a colored sub-layer below. This accessory can be used for engraving placards, circuit breaker panels, or directly on the surface of an instrument panel. The EG2 includes the engraver assembly, one 0.010 tip width cutter, one 0.4375 steel nose, and two ¼-inch diameter Delrin nose pieces.

This kit is compatible with RG6, RG8, RG11, RG58, RG59, RG174, RG179, RG213, RG223, RG316, RG400 cables. This crimp kit includes a Hex tool that fits sizes of 0.042, 0.068, 0.080, 0.100, 0.128, 0.151, 0.178, 0.213, 0.255, 0.324, and 0.429.
