N42-1 TOWEL BAR/VOR/LOC/GS – SINGLE OUTPUT/ 108-118 MHZ & 329-335 MHZ
The N42-1 is a tail-mounted antenna for use with VOR/LOC/GS receivers. It has been specially designed to provide the outstanding electrical performance of a balanced, center-fed loop at minimum cost. The input balun transformer is permanently sealed inside the center housing. Output cables extend from this transformer, through each side bar, to the feed points at the bulge on each element. This unusual configuration permits reliable, economical installation on aircraft that cruise at speeds up to 230 mph. When properly installed, the antenna receives the horizontally polarized VOR and localizer signals with uniform high sensitivity from all directions around the aircraft over the full VOR/Localizer Band. Because of the inherent characteristics of all balanced loop-type antennas, vertically polarized, error-producing signals are rejected. The antenna also has excellent forward reception over the glide slope band (329 MHz to 335 MHz) and can be used for this function by adding a DMH22-1 coupler to the system.
DM N48-3 VOR/LOC Balanced Loop Antenna | 108MHz–118MHz, BNC Male Connector, 4-Hole Mount (each side)
The N48 series is a balanced loop design assures an omni-directional radiation pattern at the horizon to obtain the maximum signal for standard VOR and area navigation systems installed in lightweight aircraft, medium twins, and helicopters operating up to 250 mph.
The DM 48-3 antenna utilizes a phasing coupler which enables ease of installation in an access panel is not available or if the vertical stabilizer is too narrow at the point of installation it makes is necessary to install the antenna with both ends cable leads forward or aft.
AS-3808/ARC UHF Antenna | 225-400 MHz
The AS3808/ARC antenna is design for high power airborne UHF communications and is produced to the Electrospace Systems Specifications EM-A0051 which specifies environmental tests per MIL-STD-810 with an operating altitude of 70,000 feet and airspeed of Mach 1.1. This antenna has a Skydrol resistant urethane coating per MIL-PRF-85285.
UHF Whip Antenna | 380-470MHz
The 21-68 Whip Antenna provides communications in the frequency range 380 MHz to 470 MHz. The antenna is configured as a whip type monopole and is intended for use in general subsonic airborne applications. The antenna comprises a cylindrical aluminum alloy element within a protective composite sleeve that is fitted to an aluminum alloy, mounting block. The block provides the single RF connector (BNC).
VHF/UHF ELT Antenna | Bent Rod, 121.5, 156.8, & 243MHz
The 21-50-339 is an externally mounted airborne VHF/UHF/ELT (Emergency Locator Transmitter) antenna operating over the maritime and aviation distress frequencies. The radiating element comprises a hard drawn alloy tube inserted into a molded base which contains foamed-in place matching circuits capable of handling up to 25 Watts power. The method of construction provides protection from environmental conditions including vibration, shock and temperature variations.
V/UHF Broadband and UHF SatCOM Antenna | 30-80MHz, 108-152MHz, 240-400MHz
The 19-440-10 V/UHF Broadband and UHF SatCOM Antenna is a combined broadband VHF/UHF communications and UHF satellite communications antenna. The 19-440-10 comprises two orthogonally mounted elements, a circularly polarized turnstile antenna and a vertically polarized broadband fan monopole. Low angle coverage is provided by the vertical element, and high angle coverage is provided by the circularly polarized element. In this way, essentially full hemispheric coverage is achieved for satellite communications.
19-450 UHF And GPS SatCOM Antenna | 240-400MHz, L1-L2
The 19-450 UHF and GPS SatCOM Antenna is a combined UHF satellite communications and Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna. The antenna is low profile in construction and intended for airborne applications. The UHF section provides essentially hemispherical satellite communications coverage. The GPS section provides nominal hemispherical coverage in the GPS L1 and L2 frequency bands to allow reception of microwave signals from a number of satellites.
RAV30512 Broadband Airborne Communications Antenna | 30 – 512 MHz, Gray
The RAV30512 is a broadband, airborne communications antenna that is designed for airspeeds less than Mach 1. The antenna housing is constructed from a fiberglass epoxy that is designed to withstand exposure to sand and dust particles in desert areas. Extreme temperature changes, humidity, shock and vibration are reduced due to its foam filled core.
