This ultra compact and lightweight step down converter from Lone Star Aviation boasts of a 90% efficiency rating and is available in several output models available: 24—3 VDC, 24—5 VDC, 24—7.5 VDC, 24—13.8 VDC, 24—16 VDC, and 24—19 VDC. This converter provides power for charging various consumer electronics such as tablets, cell phones, portable GPS units. camera equipment, DVD players, LCD screens, laptops, EFB, and other DC/AC inverters. The CI 158C-2 is a VOR/LOC/GS “V” Dipole antenna with detachable elements that mounts to the top of vertical stabilizers of most single-engine, general aviation aircraft. Similar in design to the CI 157P, the CI158C has an integral ferrite balun to provide higher radiation efficiency. The detachable elements allow for a significantly smaller shipping and storage carton than fixed element versions.
