This custom designed insert is a fire retardant, foam spacer that fit snugly into the existing battery box for battery fitment. Used in six-sided battery boxes for a 28V system replacing the RG24-11M, RG24-13M or RG24-15M lead acid batteries.

Super easy installation for the “E” case EarthX battery such as the ETX900-TSO battery if you have a battery box for the Concorde RG25 or Gill G-25 in your aircraft. This custom designed insert is a fire retardant, foam spacer that fit snugly into the existing battery box.

Vent Port Kit
This kit includes machined aluminum vent port, washer and nut to make the installation of a vented EarthX battery easy and professional looking. This vent port is designed for our ETX900-VNT battery. This custom machined port is designed to accept the ETX900’s ¼” O.D. vent tubes. The port is an anodized aircraft aluminum. The two vent tubes easily connect to the port with a “push-to-connect” connection like most small diameter tube fittings on the market today.
This port can be incorporated into most new or existing aircraft builds, making a clean, low profile finish.
Hole size required in aircraft skin for port is 1 1/8”.

OVPD- Over Voltage Protection Device
This device is designed to “crowbar” the Circuit Breaker by applying a short circuit electronically and “pop” the current Alternator Field Circuit Breaker when voltage is over 16 Volts to protect all of your electronics in your vehicle.
