A200-PMP Manifold Pressure Sensor

The A200-PMP is a bulk micro-machined, absolute type pressure sensor for use in both harsh and benign media with superior accuracy over an operating temperature of -40°C to 105°C. It has superb accuracy of +/- 0.5% full scale. It contains a custom ASIC which provides signal conditioning for calibration and temperature compensation at the point of measurement. Each sensor is traceable to NIST calibration standards. Power requirements are 5V / 10mA. Signal output is linear and varies from 0.5V (0 PSI) to 4.5V (50 PSI). Overpressure burst rating is 300 PSI. The sensor has a 1/8" NPT threaded port for connection to the manifold pressure line. Supplied with a 36" color coded cable. When installed in accordance with the approved instructions and as part of a qualified instrument system, this pressure sensor is STC'd as a primary replacement.

The A200-TSA is a monolithic temperature sensor with on-chip signal conditioning and an operating temperature of -50°C to 150°C. It has an accuracy of +/- 0.5°C over the full operating range. The output voltage is proportional to the temperature x the supply voltage (ratiometric). The output swings from 0.25 V at −50°C to +4.75 V at +150°C using a single +5.0 V supply. The temperature transfer function is: VOUT = (V+/5 V) × [1.375 V +(22.5 mV/°C) × TA] Power requirements are 5V / 1mA. The sensor has a 5/16-24 threaded body and is supplied with two nylon mounting washers and a Nyloc fastening nut. Supplied with a 48" color coded cable. When installed in accordance with the approved instructions and as part of a qualified instrument system, this temperature sensor is STC'd as a primary replacement.
