This is a 12V/24V jump pack that can boost just about anything! Very compact and the entire kit is only 4 pounds. This jump pack uses the technology of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePo4) chemistry, not Lithium Cobalt (LiCoO2). LiFePo4 is the most powerful, safest and most robust of all the lithium chemistries, plus double the life span of lithium cobalt packs.
Examples of what it can jump start: automobiles, diesel trucks, motorcycles, boats, construction equipment, experimental and certified aircraft, tractors, snowmobiles, ATV/UTVs, riding lawnmowers, and so much more.
JUMP STARTING
- Select the appropriate adapter cable (12 volt or 24 volt)
- Connect the adapter cable to the Jump Pack. Both blue (EC5) connectors must be plugged into the EC5 sockets on the Jump Pack. Note: either connector can be plugged into either socket.
- Connect the red jumper cable clamp to the positive post of the vehicle battery
- Connect the black jumper cable clamp to the negative post of the vehicle battery or chassis ground (if battery negative is connected to chassis ground).
- Plug the jumper cable into the adapter cables (connector only fits one way)
- Start the vehicle (engine cranking should be limited to 10 seconds of cranking in any 1 minute period)
- Disconnect negative clamp, then positive clamp after vehicle starts (recharge the Jump Pack after use)
USING USB PORT FOR CHARGING ELECTRONIC DEVICES
- Press the On/Off button for 1< second, the charge level indicator should light-up which is an indication the USB port is on. The unit will automatically shut-off after a few minutes of non-use.
LED FLASHLIGHT
- Press the On/Off button for 3 seconds to turn on/off the flashlight.
RE-CHARGING
- First, connect the 100-240VAC Plug-in Charger to outlet, then connect the 5mm round charge plug to the port on the Jump Pack, the charge level indicator light should start to cycle which is an indication the unit is charging. When all the 3 to 4 indicator lights remain on, the unit is fully charged.
- Never jump start a faulty battery (a battery that will not accept a charge or hold a charge).
- Do not short circuit; ensure positive cable clamp does not touch negative clamp or any metal part of the vehicle.
- If the battery gets hot while charging or use, discontinue charging and use. Maximum operating range is -20 Deg C to 60 DegC
- Do not charge battery in temperatures above 140 degrees F (60C), or in direct sunlight.
- When charging a battery, place it on a non-flammable surface, and remove any flammable items nearby.
Do not incinerate or expose to open flames!
Do not get wet or use in wet conditions or in presence of flammable liquids or gases!

BB-MU2 Light Weight Aluminum Battery Box
The light weight aluminum battery box is excellent to use with the EarthX lithium “E” case batteries for easy installation. Has a bolt-down tab for easy removal of the battery from the front or top, and is acrobat rated (even with PC680).
This battery box can be used with: ETX680, ETX900, ETX900-VNT, ETX1200, and Odyssey’s PC680
If you are using the battery box for the EarthX Lithium batteries, you will use a foam spacer on the left and right side of the battery for a snug fit. If you are using the battery box for the PC680, you will use the foam spacer on the backside at the bottom of the case to adjust for the tapering of the case for a snug fit.
This battery box was engineered to be strong enough to withstand 30 G of force for the EarthX Lithium Batteries or 6G of upward force and 9G of downward force with the PC680. It only weighs .23Kg or 8oz. This unique design allows for simple, easy installation with the dimensions: 7.1″ L x 3.1″ W x 6.5-6.6″ (adjustable height) or (180mm x 80mm 166-168mm).

Vent Port Kit
This kit includes includes machined aluminum vent port, washer and nut to make the installation of a vented EarthX battery easy and professional looking. This vent port is designed for our ETX900-VNT battery. This custom machined port is designed to accept the ETX900’s ¼” O.D. vent tubes. The port is an anodized aircraft aluminum. The two vent tubes easily connect to the port with a “push-to-connect” connection like most small diameter tube fittings on the market today.
This port can be incorporated into most new or existing aircraft builds, making a clean, low profile finish.
Hole size required in aircraft skin for port is 1 1/8”.

This custom designed battery box will fit your battery like a glove and is super easy to install. Designed aluminum battery box for the ETX680/ETX900/ETX900-VNT/ETX1200. This battery box was engineered to be strong enough to withstand 30 G of force yet only weighs .2Kg or 7.2oz. This unique design allows for simple, easy installation with the dimensions: 6.5″ L x 3.1″ W x 6.6″ H.

Caution: Never use the supplied battery chargers pigtail cables that comes with your charger for jump starting as they are not designed to carry this amount of amperage. Only use the EarthX quick connect (model# ETX-QCC4) cables to jump the battery.

Tubing for the EarthX ETX680-24-VNT or the ETX680-24-TSO vented batteries. Only EarthX approved or supplied tubing should be used. The tubing is chemical resistant and rated for 500°F. Be careful not to crush or restrict flow through the tubing. Enter the quantity you want in feet.
