WA23 Tool Kit with Mil-Spec Locators, Die Assemblies & Gages

The DMC1550 kit includes the WA23® pneumatic crimp tool, Mil-Spec dies, locators, and Go/No-Go inspection gages. The WA23 (M22520/23-01) is designed to produce four indent crimps on contacts. This benchtop tool is capable of crimping contacts size 8-0 AWG with no additional power boosters. The WA23 operates on standard shop air 90–125 psi (5.4–8.16 BAR) and features a full-cycle control system that functions with a push of a button.

The DMC1550 kit includes 4 dies, 5 locators, and 4 gages all Mil-Qualified to the AS22520/23 specification. Custom dies and locators are available to meet specific requirements. It is important to note that only Mil-Spec dies and locators can be used for military applications. This kit also contains illustrated operating instructions for all the tooling included.
