The DMC HX4 Crimp tool features a system of interchangeable dies which eliminate the need of separate fixed die crimp tools for each and every different application. Many maintenance and manufacturing concerns have standardized on this model, thus eliminating the cost associated with maintainaing and calibrating bulky inventories of single purpose tools.

The WHS-1 wire harness spoon is used to assist in inserting new wires into existing wire harnesses. It helps thread new or repaired wires under tight cable ties, zip ties, string ties and cushion clamps. The plastic construction of the wire harness spoon reduces damage when inserting wires because it will not damage ties or adjacent wires. There is less chance of nicks or cuts than with a metallic wire harness spoon. It can also be used to isolate cable ties for safe cutting to prevent damage to wire insulation.

This insertion tip secures into the insertion/extraction tool handle to aid technicians when inserting HD-20 contacts into high density connector receptacles.

This insertion tip is used with HD-20 contacts, 28-20 AWG wire size, colored yellow, and sold in a package of 25.
