The 63819 series hand crimp tools are full-cycle ratcheting hand tools that ensure complete crimps. These tools are ergonomically designed with soft handles and outstanding force ratio for easier handling. The frames are also equipped with a user-friendly terminal locator wire stop that holds terminals in the proper crimping position.

Safe-T-Cable nose assemblies rotate 360° and are available in 1”, 3”, 5”, 7”, and 9” lengths. Low-profile noses are available for applications where the clearance between the fastener head and the surface to which the fastener is attached is limited. Elongated ferrules are recommended for use with low-profile noses. This Safe-T-Cable nose assembly is 3 inches long and is for use with 0.032-inch Safe-T-Cable assemblies.

The DMC HX4 Crimp tool features a system of interchangeable dies which eliminate the need of separate fixed die crimp tools for each and every different application. Many maintenance and manufacturing concerns have standardized on this model, thus eliminating the cost associated with maintainaing and calibrating bulky inventories of single purpose tools.  

This die set is a double indent die set with a 0.115 cavity used for crimping #8 uninsulated terminals and is compatible with the HD51, XHD51, and HDE51C crimp tools.
