Positioner for K series crimp tools.

Positioners allow for the crimping of specific sized contacts when installed on a crimping tool. The data plate on each positioner designates which contacts the positioner accommodates, the wire size, and selector position.

Safe-T-Cable nose assemblies rotate 360° and are available in 1”, 3”, 5”, 7”, and 9” lengths. Low-profile noses are available for applications where the clearance between the fastener head and the surface to which the fastener is attached is limited. Elongated ferrules are recommended for use with low-profile noses. This Safe-T-Cable nose assembly is 3 inches long and is for use with 0.032-inch Safe-T-Cable assemblies.

The GMT232 hand tool is used for crimping Raychem M81824/1-x mini-seal environmental splices (sizes: 26-20, 20-16, 16-12). Uses Go/No-Go gauge M22520/39-01 (sold seperately).

This die set is a double indent die set with a 0.190 cavity used for crimping #2 uninsulated terminals and is compatible with the HD51, XHD51, and HDE51C crimp tools.
