ELT 1000
$1,200.00
Never leave the runway without having an Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) on board. The ELT 1000 is equipped with NAV interface, so if you run into an emergency, search and rescue teams will be given your aircraft location in less than a minute, within 100 meters. In addition to providing position accuracy, the ELT 1000 transmits on 406 MHz and 121.5 MHz frequencies. Like all our products, this ELT is built to surpass industry standards, and ensure that you’ll always get the help you need. Be Prepared for the Unpredictable: – Single output – Two-wire remote switch – Built-in GPS navigational interface – Accurate positioning – Multiple installation configurations

Because it is a single output ELT, the ELT 1000 utilizes the same RF output and only one coax cable to transmit a 406 MHz emergency signal to Cospas-Sarsat satellites and a local 121.5 homing signal. With its new built-in navigational interface that does not require plane power to operate, the cost of installation is greatly reduced.
The new 2-wire interface is compatible with older 121.5 MHz ELTs, so upgrading your ELT is simple and affordable.
ARTEX ELTs are the choice of general aviation aircraft including Cessna, Piper, Cirrus, Beechcraft, Diamond and Quest.

C406-1
The Artex C406-1 is an emergency locator transmitter (ELT) that has been built to meet the rigorous requirements of TSO C126, and pass even the toughest safety tests. The C406-1 ELT automatically activates during a crash, and transmits a 406 MHz digital message to a worldwide network of satellites, which allows first responders to quickly and accurately identify not only where you are, but who you are as well. These factors help take the ‘search’ out of ‘search and rescue’, and allow local first responders to more easily bring you home.
ELT 4000M
The all new ARTEX ELT 4000M is a transport-grade 3 frequency Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) that utilizes alkaline batteries. This innovative power source means that the ELT 4000M is completely exempt from FAA special condition requirements. In the event of an emergency, the ELT 4000M can be activated manually or automatically to quickly alert local search and rescue teams of your situation.
