Description
The FPT 8800 series ARTEX programmer provides a ruggedized, simple to use ELT support tool suitable for bench and field applications. If you manage a fleet, sell or service ARTEX Emergency Locator Transmitters, this tool is a must have.
Includes necessary cable adapters and software for programming ELT 345/1000/3000/3000HM/4000/4000HM, ME406, C406 series, B406-4, and G406-4
Note: This programmer does not measure power or read the beacon transmission transmitted by the radio. The FPT 8800 series reads the internal memory and reprograms the ELT to approved Cospas-Sarsat protocols only. Aftermarket 406 power test equipment such as Viavi 10k is required to provide the required annual beacon power test.
