The HL1620S heat gun is an excellent tool for drying plaster work, heat shrinking tubes and sleeves onto cables, thawing frozen water, or stripping paint. It weighs only 1.48 pounds and features a 1,300 watt, two-stage heating element with adjustable temperature/airflow settings of 575F or 950_F and 8 or 13 cfm. The heat guns weight is balanced to reduce fatigue and includes an integrated thermal cut-out which protects the unit from overheating.
