Make installation of your AVI64EX easier and protect your oxygen control box with this custom mount that is designed and made by Midwest Panel Builders of Michigan. Â Midwest installs a large number of AVI64EX systems in a variety of experimental aircraft, including the Sling TSi and RV-10. Â They designed this mount to make it easier to secure or suspend the AVI64EX in available locations within the aircraft, and protect the plumbing lines.
The aluminum shell is machine cut and formed with riveted nut plates preinstalled for standard AN hardware. Â Included are convenient plumbing and wire guide mounts to prevent kinks in the lines and protect against chaffing.
The control mount is configured for suspending from an overhead panel and is often used to mount the AVI64EX under a baggage floor. Â However, the control mount can be adapted as needed for side mount.
