Tinnerman Clip | 6-32
Tinnerman U-type nuts snap into position over a panels edge and are ideal in blind or hard to reach locations without requiring welding or riveting.
This Tinnerman U-nut (S10233-3B) uses a 6-32 screw and fits panels with a thickness of 0.045 to 0.062 inches and has a panel hole diameter of 0.187 inches.

This vent port is designed for our ETX900-VNT battery. This custom machined port is designed to accept the ETX900’s ¼” O.D. vent tubes. The port is an anodized aircraft aluminum. The two vent tubes easily connect to the port with a “push-to-connect” connection like most small diameter tube fittings on the market today.
This port can be incorporated into most new or existing aircraft builds, making a clean, low profile finish.
Hole size required in aircraft skin for port is 1 1/8”.
