Step Bushings – TCW’s custom Step Bushings solve the loosening of the entry steps over time. TCW’s Step Bushings are solid bushings that fit inside the step tube and give the bolt that holds the step to the step mount something substantial to grab onto.
Fuel Fittings – TCW’s custom Fuel Fittings adapt the standard AN bulkhead fittings to the 1” diameter pre-punched holes for the fuel line from the tunnel area out to the fuselage.

Control Valve Servo Kit
Control Valve Servo Kit (CVS) is a system for controlling valves and dampers and is ideal for heater flapper doors, oil cooler control, alternate air door, and ventilation dampers. The CVS kit includes an instrument panel mounted controller, linear actuator servo and a pre-made 5-foot wiring harness.
CVS is available in four different models: 12-volt standard (30 mm travel linear actuator servo), 12-volt heavy-duty (50 mm travel linear actuator servo), 24-volt standard (30 mm travel linear actuator servo) and 24-volt heavy-duty (50 mm travel linear actuator servo).

SmartStart
SmartStart (SS-12v) is an electronic control module that controls the operation of the engine starter system. SmartStart improves the safety and security of push-button or key-switch starting systems by providing an interlocked and time limited operation of the engine starter. The SmartStart system helps avoid unintentional activation of the engine starting system.
A SmartStart Kit is available, which includes one SmartStart control module, 8 ft. wiring harness, and airspeed switch.
