Control Valve Servo Kit
Control Valve Servo Kit (CVS) is a system for controlling valves and dampers and is ideal for heater flapper doors, oil cooler control, alternate air door, and ventilation dampers. The CVS kit includes an instrument panel mounted controller, linear actuator servo and a pre-made 5-foot wiring harness.
CVS is available in four different models: 12-volt standard (30 mm travel linear actuator servo), 12-volt heavy-duty (50 mm travel linear actuator servo), 24-volt standard (30 mm travel linear actuator servo) and 24-volt heavy-duty (50 mm travel linear actuator servo).

The Cylinder Head Temperature (CHT) – standard Bayonet – probe, has a captive 3/8-24 boss which is screwed into the base of the cylinder. The CHT port is predrilled by your engine manufacturer. The CHT probe has a screwdriver slot to facilitate tightening.

RAMI AV-590 & AV-590(-28) COM Electronic Switch
The AV-590 is an electronic switch allowing two COM radios to share the same COM antenna.
In receive mode, it acts as a signal splitter allowing both COM radios reception across the entire COM band (118-137 MHz).
In transmit mode, which ever COM radio (COM 1 or 2) is selected through the audio panel, a control signal is sent to the AV-590, switching the selected COM radio to the COM antenna and isolating the remaining COM radio from the COM antenna.
Once no longer transmitting, the control signal is removed and the AV-590 electronic switch reverts back to the receive mode as described above.

The AV-1 is a base station antenna for VHF communications with ground vehicles or aircraft. It has heavy-duty construction with 3/8″ diameter aluminum radials and a 1″ diameter aluminum tube radiator. These elements are treated with a “hexavalent free” passivation process per MIL-81706 and MIL-5541 for superior durability. It mounts easily to a 1″ diameter pipe or a 1-1/4″ O.D. tube with locking set screws. A built-in gap-type lighting arrestor is an important design feature. The antenna operates at a frequency of 118 – 137 MHz, and requires no additional tuning. It is designed to withstand wind speeds of up 100 mph.
