AV-30C/E Installation Harness: Professional pre-wired harness for installing AV-30 unit(s). Includes wiring for OAT, audio, and external GPS input. Wiring diagram included.  On option3, we daisy chain the GPS and the AV-MAG.

Note: when ordering Option 2 or Option 3,  the TailbeaconX Transponder Control wire will be wired to the attitude indicator.

Option 1 – Attitude

(Single AV-30C/E): Standalone unit interfacing with no AV-Mag or tailBeaconX. Can be used for AI or Heading. This harness is designed to ease the installation of a single AV-30C or AV-30E unit.

*If you need a TailbeaconX wire run please let us know.

Option 2 – Heading with AV-MAG and GPS

(Single AV-30C/E w/ AV-Mag or optional TailbeaconX control): Standalone unit interfacing with AV-Mag (Magnetometer).  This harness is designed to ease the installation of a single AV-30C or AV-30E unit. AV-Mag and tailBeacon/tailBeaconX sold separately.

Option 3 – Attitude and Heading with AV-MAG and TailbeaconX and GPS

(Dual AV-30C/E): Dual AV-30C/E installation. Comes standard with interface to AV-Mag  20′ and tailBeacon/tailBeaconX 30′. This harness is designed to be used when installing both AI and Heading. GPS input data and AV-Mag information are shared by both units. Attitude controls the tailBeacon/tailBeaconX. AV-Mag and tailBeacon/tailBeaconX sold separately.

Daisy chain GPS and Daisy Chain the AV-MAG Connections between units.

Note:

Harness customization available. Standard length 20′ for AV-Mag and tailBeacon/tailBeaconX is 30′. Please specify if greater lengths are required.

Option 3a- Attitude and Heading with AV-MAG and TailbeaconX and GPS

You can also order an Option 3, and then add the AV-Link STC to your order to do wireless updates, instead of the option 3a:

*you only need one AV-Link STC, you can order two, but its easy to swap between units to update both AV-30C.
