Embroidery

Once the order is placed, we will send a proof of your custom bag for approval. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production once final artwork is approved. Embroidered bags are non-refundable.

Warranty

Product defects are covered under our 3 year warranty. If a product is found to be defective within 3 years of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge. A product defect is defined as a problem resulting from poor workmanship. It is not a result of improper use, abuse or normal wear and tear.

If this product is discontinued within the 3-year warranty timeframe, the customer will have the option to receive a store credit worth the price the customer paid for the bag or choose to pay the difference for the newer replacement model.
