The AV-924 antenna is designed for use with airborne FM transceivers in first responder type aircraft. This antenna offers an ideal solution for multiband transceivers and covers frequency ranges from 136 to 174 MHz, 380 to 520 MHz, and 760 to 870 MHz. It meets the requirements of DO-160G, section 8, Category U for robust vibration and qualified for helicopter installations with unknown related rotor frequencies.
The AV-924 antenna was developed to be used with airborne FM transceivers typically used in first responder type aircraft providing a single antenna solution for the multi-band transceivers.
