The Multi-Volt DC converter is capable of operating 3 individual outputs to 2 amps per output in a COTS package for off-the-shelf availability. The output voltage ranges from 3.0, 5.0, 7.5, 9.0, 12, 13.8, 16.0, and 19V that will operate hundreds of consumer items, pilot electronic gear or military devices needed for a mission critical airborne application. It uses Texas Instrument’s regulated IC chip made specifically for USB charging applications. This chip has 100 kHz to 2.5 MHz Fixed Switching Frequency.
This Multi-Volt DC converter is a dual output converter with a 9 to 32 VDC input voltage.
