The RAM-103U consists of the 1.5″ diameter ball and socket system with one open socket end. This mount is designed to be used with any of the RAM mounting bases or cradles with a 1.5″ diameter rubber ball. The round base has a 1.5″ diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 2.5″ diameter base. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base, including the universal AMPS hole pattern.

Please Note: Due to the vacuum pressure we recommend removing this mount when finished with flight. The vacuum pressure can warp acrylic windows or other smooth surfaces if left too long.

The Compact Bolted is for pilots who want to mount their iPad or Tablet to a solid, flat surface or the AMPs bracket found in many jets. This mount comes with a Sport™ Adapter mounting system and an adjustable tilt plate which adds flexibility in how the iPad/Tablet is positioned. The adapter can tilt up to 15°.
