2- 5670K17 1/4″ SS Elbow. Part number 5670K17 is a 1/4″ Stainless Steel Elbow used in the installation of vent tubing. These can be used for the ETX900-TSO or the ETX900-VNT battery models.

Super easy installation for the “E” case EarthX battery such as the ETX900-TSO battery if you have a battery box for the Concorde RG25 or Gill G-25 in your aircraft.  This custom designed insert is a fire retardant, foam spacer that fit snugly into the existing battery box. This kit includes machined aluminum vent port, washer and nut to make the installation of a vented EarthX battery easy and professional looking.  This vent port is designed for our ETX900-VNT battery.  This custom machined port is designed to accept the ETX900’s  ¼” O.D. vent tubes.  The port is an anodized aircraft aluminum.  The two vent tubes easily connect to the port with a “push-to-connect” connection like most small diameter tube fittings on the market today. This port can be incorporated into most new or existing aircraft builds, making a clean, low profile finish. Hole size required in aircraft skin for port is 1 1/8”.

The “E”case dimensions are 6.5″ L x 3.1″ W x 6.6” H  (166 x 79 x 168mm). The battery models that come in the “E” case are: ETX680, ETX900, ETX900-VNT, ETX1200.

This is a 16-gauge stainless steel hold down bar designed for easy and efficient installation using the existing battery box location that was designed for a much larger lead acid battery. It is light weight, durable, and makes for a very clean installation.  It is designed for these battery models: the ETX680-24-TSO; ETX680-24-VNT, and the ETX900-24. This battery hold down bracket is designed for the ETX680-24-TSO and the ETX680-24-VNT lithium aircraft batteries.
