The antenna is designed to operate at the extreme temperature range of -67 F to 302 F. The antenna is a flush-mounted, cavity-back slot antenna constructed of aluminum with a fiberglass radome. The antenna has a type BNC sampling probe and is protected by an anodic coating to prevent corrosion.
